My name is Dapo Lipede and I am a Customer Service Professional with more than ten years experience in Call Center Leadership. I am an ordained Pastor and I published my first book, Thinking out Loud - a 31 day devotional in 2017. I am currently working on the second volume of Thinking out Loud and I hope to have it published by the end of 2018 or early 2019. I am a Development Bay Supervisor at Comcast NBC Universal and I work in the Colorado Springs office of the Company. In my role, I coach and develop New employees within their first 90 days and I am passionate about coaching my staff to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction on their calls. My ultimate goal as a coach is to motivate others to be the best that they can be and I look forward to using all of my learning and experience as a JMT member to improve my coaching skills both in my job and outside of work.
