Qualification and Experience…
Mr. Nigel Matthew, a Chartered Accountant by profession, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. Nigel is the holder of a postgraduate Master’s degree in Finance from Henley Management College/University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Nigel is a Certified Professional in Anti-Money Laundering from the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA) / Florida International University. Nigel is also an Accredited Director from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) in Canada, one of the world’s reputable organizations on Corporate Governance.
Mr. Matthew has over twenty five years management and leadership experience. For the past fifteen (15) years, Mr. Matthew has been developing leaders from different business sectors.
Nigel has six years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and over twenty five years’ experience in the Financial Service Industry where he held numerous executive positions before becoming a full time consultant over the last five years.
Nigel, through the firm NEM Leadership Consultants, has extensive consultancy, training and facilitation experience having designed, developed, lectured, and conducted workshops on a variety of business subject areas, both locally and abroad.
Nigel Matthew is a part time senior lecturer with the Henley Business School/University of Reading in the faculty of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour.
