Paul Anderson
Being born at a very young age, very close to his mother is where the ‘commonality of life’ to many, parted ways with Paul Anderson—when before graduation from high school he had lived in four different states and had made eight different moves. What could be perceived as possible ‘tough times’ for a little boy and young man—with all the ‘new groups’ to transition and assimilate into—served only as great opportunity for Paul and his people skills to get an early start to practice and hone.
In his professional career Paul is accomplished in retail and direct sales as well as seeing success in owning his own restaurant and construction businesses. Paul also enjoyed serving families, adults and young people as a director at two camp and conference settings for over 15 years.
Currently Paul provides contract supervision for a national government contracting agency. By planning and implementing sales training to the contracted sales teams he oversees, he brings additional value to their products and sales success to the sales teams nationwide.
In addition, Paul has benefited himself, as well as his clients, as a member of the John Maxwell Team and the JMT Mentorship program. What, to many, may seem to be a very diverse path of employment and professional history, has finally come to fruition…resulting in coaching, training and speaking to groups and individuals that have benefited from their time with Paul.
Paul has had the opportunity to learn a lot of life and earn a lot from life…and now is on a mission to return a lot back to life and those around him. His insights are many and all come from actual experiences that are tried and tested true.
Paul is a graduate of Northwestern College, St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology. Paul has served and lead on many church and community boards, directed youth programs, served as the radio voice and PA for sports teams in Central Minnesota, as well as having been elected to the local school board for 18 years. He and his wife have four grown children. Paul enjoys reading, golfing, and construction projects.
