they want in life if they just “want it bad enough”. Also, as a motivational teacher, he speaks to
teens about being prepared for the next stage of life, and how having good communication skills, and
maintaining a positive attitude can get them from where they are to where they desire to be. He specializes in team building and uses the DiSC
assessment tool (Behavioral/Personality Interpretation) to help employees understand why they have better working relationships with some
people than they do others. Through his team- building training programs, he shows how understanding behavior patterns and personality
styles of others can make a more effective workplace and limit workplace conflicts. This training is not only effective in the workplace, but it is
just as effective in the home, school, church, and under any circumstances where relationships are valued.

He also teaches a one day workshop to help clients interpret their DiSC
behavioral styles and shows clients how understanding others’ DiSC
styles can lead to better relationships in the workplace. As a Career Coach, he helps his clients find and keep the work they love, using the" 48 Days to the Work you Love" approach. He holds a Master degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Webster University.
