When will Registration Open for IMC – March 2017?

Can I book my hotel room now?
YES, please book your room now by clicking on the red button at the top of this page and then scroll down to step three. Rooms are limited, so be sure to book early before they sell out! By booking through our unique link you will be able to book at our discounted group rate and avoid the resort fees!

What are the Faculty Workshops?
The Faculty workshops are held on March 23rd for an additional fee of $199 (includes breakfast & lunch). These workshops are optional and not a part of the JMT curriculum. Each workshop is based off of our Faculty members own Businesses outside of the John Maxwell Team and not necessarily within their respective “Teaching Lane”. Please review the details for each workshop listed on the Registration page. Click on the red button on the top of this page and scroll down. You can watch a video review of each workshop and if you decide to attend you can make your purchase on that same page. Please note that you must be in the Mentorship Program in order to attend Christian Simpsons’ workshop.

What is the option on the registration page to play the Leadership Game?
The Leadership game is a resource available to our Mentorship Members for purchase. The game can be used within companies to determine leadership strengths and areas for improvement. By signing up to play you will be able to participate in an active game and see how it works and enjoy a great time with fellow members. If you sign up, prior to the Event further instructions will be emailed to you. Only JMT members are able to participate.

What is the option on the registration page for a VIP Meal?
The VIP Meals are tables within our meal room set aside for members who signed up for a VIP Meal. Each table will be hosted by one of our PAC members, many of whom host the Success Roadmap Q&A calls. You will be able to engage in conversation with this seasoned JMT member. Learn from their successes and failures. They want to help you succeed! If you purchased a meal plan for your guest, they will be able to attend with you.

Photo Packages
On the registration page we offer 2 Photo Package options. Please review all the details on the registration page by going to the red button at the top of this page and then scroll down until you get to the Photo Packages. If you purchase a Photo Package, please note that the images will be emailed to you in digital format only, 6 weeks after the Event.

Video Packages
On the registration page we offer Video Package options. Please review all the details on the registration page by going to the red button at the top of this page and then scroll down until you get to the Video Packages. If you purchase a Video Package, please note that you will need to email in your images before the video can be completed. The videographer will send you instructions on this if you purchase. The video will be emailed to you 8 weeks after the Event, provided that you sent in your images in a timely fashion.

What sessions can my spouse/guest attend?

  • *Spouse/Guest will be able to enter with you in attendance on your ticket or via your lanyard access.

Can my spouse/guest accompany me during the meals?
Yes, provided they have purchased a meal plan. You can purchase a meal plan for them by going to the registration page (red button the top of this page) and scrolling down to Guest/Spouse Meal Plan.

Can my spouse/guest accompany me during the sessions?
No, only John Maxwell Team Members may enter the Event sessions.

I have a special dietary need, who do I inform about that?
You can confirm your special dietary need by specifying it on your “My Profile”.

I am not able to attend the March 2017 IMC Live Event!
Email admin@johnmaxwellteam.com to request a transfer to the next event. Please note that your bonuses do not transfer.

EARLY ACCESS PASS (By Invitation only): August 25, 2017 – 2pm to 5pm
LIVE TRAINING DATES: August 26th beginning at 7am through August 28, 2017, ending promptly at 4:30pm
BONUS SESSION POST TRAINING: August 29, 2017 – 8am to 6pm – additional fee.

I thought I was already registered? Isn’t my registration included, I was told my enrollment included the Event.
Enrollment into the Program does not equal registering. Your Registration fee may have been included but you still need to register for the Event, everyone must register for the Event.

The hotel was paid during my enrollment; why do I have to give a credit card during the reservation process?
The credit card is necessary to book your room and hold it. It is not being charged at this time. The John Maxwell Team will be taking care of the 3 standard room nights as indicated during the registration. You are responsible for any no-show and or incidentals such as parking fees, room service, mini bar etc.

I need special accommodations at the hotel?
Please contact the hotel directly to advise them of your special needs. Have your reservation number handy.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. The meeting space is on the colder side.

I am already Certified and want to attend the March Event but I don’t have access, why?
If you are not in the Mentorship program you will not be able to register for the March Event, since you have already attended your certification Event. Please email admin@johnmaxwellteam.com for more details.
