After 20 years of Retail Banking, I was ready for a change! Constantly running after sales numbers where the target always moves, and an unclear career path due to restructures. I decided to pursue the things that I have a passion for. That is in making others believe in themselves. Period. Nothing more, nothing less.  Helping them to dig deep and move those mountains in front of them. I knew professional coaching and mentorship was my quest. I say quest, not journey, this is an ever-changing landscape; full of hills, valleys, and everything in-between. I enjoy reading - learning - growing and sharing all things with others.  I plan on opening my own business and leading others through the JMT model through, coaching, mentoring and speaking. The ability to bring my faith on my quest was my number one motivator to choose the JMT model.  I am excited for this next chapter because, it's never too late to reinvent yourself! In my free time I enjoy fly fishing, heading to Moab, and enjoying the outdoors with my Husband, and two kids in beautiful Colorado.
