Since an early age, I have valued freedom and capitalism. I'm grateful for the available information and I deeply appreciated my clients, business partners who gave me the opportunity to work with them. In addition, I exalt the people who have touched my life in forms of class lectures, seminars, books, tapes, cd, Success Magazine, networking events, worship places, community services events, one on one, etc....

I had an arduous life during my childhood. I started to learn several survival skills, to work with my 7 sisters and 2 brothers to bring the foods to the table, and to overcome my own FEARS of starvation and poverty. My entrepreneurial mother taught me to listen and think. "The How-To is easy but Thinking is the hard part," which I discovered during my college years. My strong character, integrity, and punctuality came from my father; he was in the military for 25 years. In the summer of 1977, our visionary and adamant mother took all of us out of Vietnam on a 15'x7' wooden boat, across the Pacific Ocean to search for freedom rather than live with fear and injustice. Our boat rode 40 days along with under unpredictable weather conditions, many different forms of tides and winds, where finally they landed us to Macao.

I became who I am today from the information I collected throughout my life: survived from my warfare country, 40 days on a boat in the face of death, in the refugee camp, the years that my parents received welfare/public aid, 14 years in the high tech environment, 10 years in the small business market, and 16 years with personal development through Mr. Jim Rohn's philosophy and Mr. John C. Maxwell leadership teachings.

When I was a Technical Instructor at Brocade Communications System, I felt in my DNA, the "passion to share and help others to achieve their next level."

Since then, I began my way of finding people who want to change their current situation. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, I'm equipped with the best materials and have developed the proper skill sets to lead them into a brighter situation. Just how I learned to do mine.
