Hanna Bauer

As an avid bi-lingual leader in both the profit and non-profit sectors, I am passionate to help people and organizations achieve their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in the field of community service, leadership and advocacy, I have learned and implemented both measure-driven results and effective accountability setting in a variety of fields. Education is not only my passion but also a pathway to success I hope to make available for others.
As a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, I have led various projects, such as transitioning our manufacturing process from inventory based to on-demand which have resulted in a positive impact on ROI. Both fiscal and social responsibility are at the core of my work as I have served as both a founder of a non-profit and today, an owner of a MBE small business. I now seek to expand the core of ABC and open up new market channels and product offerings while focusing on sustainability and growth.
On the personal side, I consider myself an over-comer, having triumphed over various challenges in my life, including heart disease. Great mentors like Joyce Meyer, Reinhard Bonnke and Zig Ziglar have impacted my life and have helped launch me as a corporate motivational speaker, trainer and coach. As part of the Ziglar team, I aim to increase my effectiveness in helping others obtain what they want out of life. My main motivator is knowing that God loves me and that nothing is impossible in Him
