Karah Maloley
Karah works with individuals and groups, creating space for honest reflection and personal revelation.
Karah earned her Masters in Counseling from Fort Hayes University and her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
In 2007, Karah helped found EQmentor, an online community for mentoring with emotional intelligence, where she served as chief knowledge officer.
Karah worked with her husband David’s dental practice when it was opened in 2009 designing its culture through patient relations and employee development.
As a Program Facilitator at Vail Centre, Karah works closely with the Centre’s Roundtable members, leading monthly executive learning sessions and annual retreats. She creates leadership workshops and does facilitation within the Valley.
Karah and David traveled extensively with the US Army, spending time in the Carolinas, Germany and Italy before they settled in Avon, CO and welcomed their son Bennett to the world. Her family loves living and playing in the Rocky Mountains.
