Leonardo A Allen Jr

Mr. Leonardo A. Allen Jr. was exposed to very humble beginnings as a child, living in poverty on the Island of Andros, Bahamas. he struggled with rejection, low self-esteem, verbal abuse, and was told he would never amount to anything in life. As a result of such negativity, he attempted suicide as a youth. Thankfully he rose above the pessimism and learned how to create a mindset to believe that it is possible to overcome an obstacle or challenge in life.

Mr. Allen was born in Nassau Bahamas on 5 December 1976. He was born to the parents Mr. Leonardo A. Allen Sr and Ms. Mazella Evans. He graduated from the North Andros High School on the Island of Andros Bahamas in 1995, where he received his high school diploma. In 1996 he relocates to Nassau Bahamas to seek employment.

Mr. Allen eventually joined the Royal Bahamas Defence Force where he served for ten years, before leaving to become the entrepreneur of Exquisite Zone Barber Shop. After four years of being self-employed, he was given the opportunity to serve in frontline ministry. He served as a youth leader at his church from 2012-2016. Eventually, he became the Director of Family Training Hour, A department in the church the was geared towards Bible study training for the entire family. The responsibilities entailed planning and organizing classes for the adults, young adults, teenagers, and boys/girls club. Eventually, after holding the position as the Family Training Director, he was appointed to the position of Youth Pastor and served from 2016-2017. In 2016 he designed a mentoring program for at-risk males ages 10-25 to help them discover their identity and purpose in life. He is a member of the Life Builders Men's Ministry where he served as the National Chaplain. Presently he serves as Senior Pastor at the Cargill Creek Church of God on the Island of Andros, Bahamas, and on the Andros District, he is one of the leaders of the Central Andros Christian Council.

His hubbies compliment his character which includes exercising, reading, speaking, traveling and connecting with others.  On his birthday December 5th, 2017,  his debut book was published by Ambassador Agency. entitled; "A Man's Purpose In Life". In 2010 he won his first speech as a Toastmaster. The evaluators commended him and affirmed him of his future as a great speaker.

Presently, as a pastor, he travels every weekend from Nassau where he works to Andros to perform his pastoral duties. His frequent travels have ignited an interested in him to pilot a plane one day. During his journey in life, he strived to develop himself as a leader, by obtaining numerous certificates such as:

As a leader, he wants to empower others through conferences, seminars, and workshops. Being an affiliate member of the global network-social media- Facebook/Instagram,  he wants to develop a fan base to motivate, inspire and connect with individuals of like passion. Mr. Allen's desire is to become a great leader and speaker through the John C. Maxwell group. His objective is to inspire others to become a part of the John C. Maxwell Team. He's married to the former Delarese Storr and this couple together have four beautiful daughters, Nadia, Vashti, Danielle, and Shaniah.
