Mark Garcia

Mark is a law enforcement leader, having served as the Chief of Police for the City of Redlands and the Assistant Chief for San Bernardino Police Department in California . With a passion for character building and leadership development he desires to invest in others and to assist them in building leadership capacity.  His success can be largely attributed to his application of JMT resources to his own life and desires to pass on his learning to others who aspire to improve their leadership, and character.

Mark has assisted a number of law enforcement agencies and hundreds of law enforcement officers in developing character building expertise, ethics training programs and leadership development programs.

Mark also assists churches in developing leaders for more effective ministry and service.
