Vilato is the President of VM Enterprises LLC, a company dedicated to train and coach best practices and business development in sales, service and leadership to a wide variety of industries like automobile, insurance, banking, health insurance, non-profit organizations, sports management, paint manufacturing, mattress manufacturing and others. He has over 25 years in retail business for the automobile industry as a Professional Salesman and Finance and Insurance Manager. In 2011 worked as Senior Dealer Development Manager with Premier Warranty Services, then a partner company to The Warranty Group helping dealer development through assessments and process implementation. His strategic planning and results achievement are through Process, Training, Monitoring, Systems, Pay Plans and Hiring to exceed results in a wide variety of industries such as automobile, insurance, sports management, paint and mattress manufacturing, non-profit organizations and health administration.

His passion for excellence makes him partner the best alliances to benefit businesses operations and end customers while equipping employees with higher skill set. In 2019 he became a Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant adding resources to his 2016 John C. Maxwell certification as a Teacher, Trainer, Coach and Public Speaker to his Mentorship level.

Vilato is a proven overachiever and while selling the auto Suzuki brand was named Top Ten Salesman four years in a row (2007-2010). Earned the prestigious Hertz Heart Award while working as a Station Manager. Working as a Finance and Insurance Manager with Caribbean Atlantic Retail Services learned and applied automobile best practices of selling after sale products like Service Contracts, Gaps and other ancillary products to best serve customers.

He is a former affiliate Professional Baseball Player with the Milwaukee Organization. His competitive nature gives him a clear value awareness of discipline, practice and teamwork mindset to get the job done while focusing and equipping human resources with stronger professional skill set.
