Dale Carnegie’s Institute states that engaged employees are 202% more productive than dis-engaged employees. A study by the Workplace Foundation shows that a satisfied employee misses 2.6 days per year compared to 6.2 days for those that aren’t happy in their work.
One more startling stat … Engaged employees have an overall productivity of $269,000 per year, compared to $140,000 for an unsatisfied employee.
