Stephen Parker
Mr. Parker brings a proven track record in project management leading teams in environmental planning, permitting design, and implementation of ecosystem restoration projects. Working with the Mississippi Trustee, he is currently Program Manager for the Mississippi Natural Resource Damage Assessment Consultant team for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Responsibilities included negotiations with BP, ecosystem restoration strategies, and implementation of restoration projects. He has also completed project work for federal agencies, State Departments of Transportation, large retailers (Wal-Mart; Cosco), railroads (Illinois Central, BNSF), utilities, natural gas and industrial clients. His specialty includes ecosystem restoration/environmental planning, environmental permitting, and environmental impact analysis/statements.
