Valerie Hainley

Valerie Hainley is a Senior Leadership Development Program Manager. She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology with an emphasis in Adult Learning Principles. She has 18 years of experience in training development.

Previous to joining UTHealth, Valerie spent 8 years designing multimedia instruction for the U.S. Army. She has had the honor of presenting her published papers at Interservice Industry, Simulation, Training and Education Conference; TRADOC Culture, Education and Training Summit; TXDLA Conferences; eLearning Guild DevLearn Conference; and the Games, Learning and Society Conference.

Valerie is a passionate life-long learner who enjoys helping others grow personally and professionally.
